Does the ‘PalletRotator’ also work in the freezer? Yes. The cold store version can withstand temperatures ranging from -25°C to +40°C, and is ideal for swapping pallets and removing freezer spacers.
In cold stores and freezer warehouses, products are often placed on freezer mats or between freezer spacers to separate and cool the load during the freezing process. Upon dispatch, these spacers and mats must be removed — the ‘PalletRotator’ allows this to be done quickly and safely, without interrupting the freezing process.
In addition, the cold store version also simply swaps pallets: from damaged to new, or from plastic to wood — exactly like the standard PalletRotator, but designed to withstand extreme cold.
